Wake-up Yoga Flow
One of the best ways to start days on a mindful note is by practicing a routine – one that is simple and relaxed (as well as energizing). For me, one of my favorite ways to start the day is to practice a wake-up yoga flow!
When you connect your breath with your movements, you will find that the yoga flow becomes easier and it will also give you more awareness. And, when you practice this over time, you will see that your breath will support what you do off the mat, too.
