By purchasing a ticket for ELEVATE, you agree to the following terms:

  • Ticket Policy – All tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying us at least 10 days before the retreat.
  • Retreat Schedule & Content – The schedule and speakers are subject to change if necessary. Any updates will be communicated in advance.
  • Dietary Restrictions – We accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, allergies) but cannot cater to individual meal preferences.
  • Staycation Offer – The exclusive Andaz Singapore room rate is available only to ELEVATE participants and is subject to hotel availability.
  • Well-being & Liability – This retreat is designed for personal growth and well-being. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and participation in activities.
  • Media Release – Photography and videography will be captured during the event. By attending, you consent to being included in event photos and videos for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
